Our client, a global leader in the FinTech industry, is hiring a ServiceNow Consultant to join the team on a contract basis in Bayern, Germany. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering the company’s Native ServiceNow SaaS solutions, working closely with stakeholders, cross‑functional teams and senior management to ensure projects are executed smoothly and aligned with strategic business goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline and budget.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules and resource allocations.
• Coordinate deliverables and dependencies across internal teams, vendors and stakeholders.
• Lead meetings independently, capturing business requirements and translating them for technical execution.
• Track and report project progress, risks and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Elicit and analyse business requirements through interviews, workshops and documentation.
• Convert business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with developers, solution architects and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation.
• Document business processes, workflows and system interactions to support project execution and future enhancements.
