POSITION SUMMARY

• The position of a Customer Engineer Power involves daily work for our customers. They are responsible for all service activities as maintenance, repair, and commissioning work at our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintenance and commissioning of UPS / 48V systems and battery systems at the customer's site
• Testing of system parameters and processes, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and repair of malfunctions
• Documentation and realization of the assignments on time and on target
• Usage of all necessary tools within the VERTIV policies
• Emergency Standby within the region

QUALIFICATIONS

• Successfully completed vocational training as an electrician in the field of electrical engineering or Industrial engineering
• Practical and technical experience in handling battery systems
• Readiness to travel in the supervised region, possibly with overnight stay.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action, hands-on mentality
• Driver´s license category B
• Fluent German and English
