Responsibilities

• You will support our sales partners and customers in the practical use of our machines in the Nordic’s markets
• You solve technical problems and organise necessary repairs
• You provide support during machine operations and technical training
• You carry out evaluations and assessments
• You process warranty cases

Qualifications

• Practical agricultural experience in field cultivation and crop protection
• Experience in customer service - ideally in field service
• Technical experience and knowledge such as hydraulics knowledge, ISOBUS knowledge, tractor driving experience and electrical knowledge
• Very good communication skills
• Successfully completed technical training - ideally in agricultural machinery technology, mechanics, mechatronics, electrics, or similar.
• Possession of car driving license
• In addition to the Danish or Norwegian or Finnish or Swedish language, you have a good command of written and spoken German or English
• High competence in self-management
• Ability to work under pressure, reliability, sense of responsibility and commitment
