Qualifikationen

What you’ll do

UX with Wirkung: You design the user experience and interface for our webshops, the Peek & Cloppenburg app and digital applications in our stores. You combine aesthetics with function and create digital products that truly impress in everyday life.

Ideas that resonate: Complex needs? You make them tangible. You develop intuitive concepts that delight users and smartly link business goals. With your sense for user needs you deliver smart solutions succinctly.

From concept to experience: With wireframes, clickable prototypes and detailed designs you transform ideas into concrete features. Whether new development or optimization, you consistently evolve products and create real added value.

Users focused: You want to know what really works – you regularly test concepts with real users. Usability tests, interviews or surveys: you actively gather feedback and develop better, user‑centered solutions.

Process evolution: You bring fresh methods, new tools and modern standards into the team. You help not only with design but also develop our design processes strategically, practice‑based, efficient and future‑proof.

All together forward: You work closely with agile, interdisciplinary teams and the CRO team. Together, you ensure our digital products continuously improve for customers and the overall P&C experience.

What you bring

Background: Ideally more than five years of experience in eCommerce, fashion retail or as a UX/UI Designer – either corporate or agency side. With your digital know‑how you bring the right instinct for our industry.

Skillset: Figma is your daily tool, you think holistically about design and usability, independent of device. You have user research experience (e.g., with platforms like UserTesting) and work user‑centered, e.g., with methods from Design Thinking. You recognize potentials, think conceptually and implement ideas with detail focus.

Personality: You work independently, organized and never lose overview even in complex projects. You communicate clearly, are assertive, confident in German and English. App‑ and web‑trend enthusiasts – you bring fresh perspective to the team.
