Quality Assurance :

  • Perform Quality Assurance checks on Solaris Operations teams (internal and external), from KYC Operations to Banking Operations and Customer Support.
  • Analyse the results of the regular Quality Assurance outcomes and deliver necessary actions to improve results with internal stakeholders.
  • Improve continuously the T&Q processes and tools.
  • Support processes improvement within Solaris based on outcomes of Quality Assurance checks.
  • Support reporting creation and improvement to stakeholders and management.

Training :

  • Create and continuously improve training material and content for the new hires of Solaris Operations and current analyst.
  • Deliver any additional training whenever required.

Hard Skill :
