You will drive technical hiring for Gigs as we re‑imagine global connectivity. Your job is to find, wow, and close exceptional engineers who want to solve hard problems. You'll partner directly with engineering leadership to build a team that moves fast, sweats the details, and raises the bar with every hire. You can spot real technical chops, separate signal from credentials, and know how to engage people with plenty of options.
This role can be located in any of our European hubs (Berlin, Amsterdam, London).
