Role Overview

The Solution Sales Executive (SSE) is a strategic leader who drives LoB cloud revenue, customer success, and adoption of AI and innovation. In Finance & Spend Management, you will work in one of three sales teams and manage SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, oCFO, Taulia, and SAP Cloud ERP Finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish, develop, and expand market share for SAP Finance and Spend solutions and Cloud ERP with named accounts in Germany.
  • Build and execute a strong pipeline for Finance, Spend, and Cloud ERP to achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets.
  • Serve as LoB owner for assigned accounts, developing account plans aligned with customer goals and broader account strategy.
  • Lead end‑to‑end customer value journey with domain expertise, own the LoB transformation roadmap.
  • Enable demos, prototypes, and enablement programs with solution advisors.
  • Create compelling value propositions and engage executives with ROI and competitive advantage narratives.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts while balancing profitability and cloud revenue growth.
  • Support Customer Success Management, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement of customer value.
