Your tasks

• Strategy development: Designing and leading the GEO roadmap to secure market leadership within Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI systems.
• Semantic Content & Structure: Optimization of content for maximum machine readability and implementation of advanced structured data (Schema.org, JSON‑LD).
• Brand Authority: Anchoring the brand as an authority in AI training data through targeted placements and backlinks in relevant ecosystems.
• Natural Language Optimization: Transformation of classic content into precise answers to complex natural language queries.
• Performance & Analytics: Definition of new GEO metrics, trend tracking and creation of reports beyond classic rankings.
• Knowledge Lead: Internal training of teams and establishment of best practices in the field of AI-supported search.

Your profile

• Experience: At least 5 years of sound expertise in SEO, ideally with a technical focus.
• Specialized knowledge: In‑depth know‑how in Semantic SEO, Entity Optimization as well as first demonstrable success in GEO.
• Tech stack: Understanding of how LLMs work as well as knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and structured data sets.
• Analytics: Strong data‑driven thinking skills to drive modern KPIs.
