Your Role

We are looking for aSenior React Native Software Engineer (d/m/w), who will shape and build the next generation of our digital platform for our clients. Working closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers, you will implement, test, and ship new initiatives that deliver real value to our clients. You are an experienced react native software engineer who brings strong technical skills, curiosity, and a product mindset to the table.

You will play a key role in executing your team’s roadmap, upholding high standards for code quality, performance, and maintainability. Day-to-day, you will contribute directly to the codebase, shape technical decisions, and work closely with your lead engineer to move projects forward. With your experience, you will support your peers in growing their skills and delivering high-quality solutions.

What you'll do

• Plan, implement and ship new features for our client facing applications together with your team
• Take technical ownership of specific features within your team’s domain and drive their end-to-end implementation
• Follow and advocate best practices in code quality, testing, and system design, and contribute to improving our overall platform architecture
• Think beyond the code: challenge requirements, propose alternatives, and bring a product mindset to everything you build
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to build solutions that are technically sound and deliver real client value
• Share your experience with peers through code reviews, pairing, and technical discussions, helping the team continuously raise the bar

What you bring

• You have professional experience developing and shipping mobile applications, with strong hands‑on expertise in React Native. You have recently worked on live mobile apps that are popular with users.
• You have delivered apps end‑to‑end — from initial commit to store release — and are familiar with TestFlight, App Store Connect, and Google Play.
• You have deep understanding of mobile architecture, performance, and UX best practices, and know the key differences between web and mobile environments.
• You have strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and the modern React Native ecosystem, and you’re familiar with backend frameworks such as Express or Hono, as well as databases like PostgreSQL or Redis.
• You have a proactive and innovative mindset. You take ownership of projects, drive solutions and maintain high standards of code quality and user experience.
