Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery : Lead projects to meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets while achieving margin goals.
• Work Plan Execution : Develop and adapt project plans to align with client and project needs.
• Reporting & Quality Assurance : Produce accurate reports and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Resource Management : Monitor team performance, prepare resource plans, and collaborate with operational disciplines.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including regular updates to the Operations Director.
• Client Relationships : Build long-term partnerships and foster repeat business opportunities.
• Business Development : Support client presentations, develop commercial proposals, and contribute to organizational initiatives.

Experience & Skills Required

• Experience : Minimum 10 years’ project management experience within the pharmaceuticals sector, managing projects valued at €60M–€100M+.
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical / Process Engineering preferred) and PMI qualification (or equivalent).
• Expertise : Strong commercial acumen, proficiency with construction contracts, and proven ability to deliver projects successfully.
