Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Planung, Ausschreibung und Bauaufsicht von HVAC-Systemen.
• Vertrautheit mit Grundlagen der Elektrotechnik.
• Fähigkeit, auch unter Druck strukturiert und fokussiert zu arbeiten.

Aufgaben

• Leitung komplexer Planungs- und Bauprojekte im Bereich technische Gebäudesysteme.
• Verantwortung über alle Projektphasen von der Entwicklung bis zur Dokumentation.
• Durchführung von Baustellenbesichtigungen und Organisation von Planungsterminen.

Dein Profil

• You have a completed degree in supply engineering, technical building systems, or a comparable field.
• You have several years of solid experience in the design, planning, tendering, and site supervision of HVAC systems.
• You bring knowledge in energy supply – particularly in the use of heat pumps in district developments – and are familiar with the basics of electrical engineering as well as measurement, control, and automation technology.
• You are proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and ORCA, and you can quickly and independently familiarize yourself with new tools and software.
• Even in demanding project phases, you keep an overview, work in a structured and focused manner, and know how to set the right priorities.
• You see yourself as an active part of a forward-looking team, think proactively, act independently, and want to contribute to and enrich empact’s journey.

Deine Aufgaben

• You independently manage complex planning and construction projects in the field of technical building systems – with a focus on heating and cooling technology, especially for energy centers and local heating networks.
• You take full responsibility across all project phases – from development, planning, tendering, and construction supervision to commissioning, handover to operations, and documentation (primarily service phases 3 to 9).
• You conduct site inspections, organize planning meetings, prepare specifications and tender documents, and make well-founded decisions when selecting subcontractors.
• You manage all project-related costs – including services provided by contractors and external service providers.
• You provide technical leadership for a dedicated project team that actively supports you throughout project execution.
