Our client is looking for an accomplished Project Manager to lead complex turnkey building projects across industrial and commercial construction. After an initial onboarding period in Düsseldorf, you will take full technical and organisational ownership of major construction projects anywhere in Germany, overseeing site management teams, ensuring contractual compliance, driving schedule and cost performance, and representing the company in negotiations with clients and subcontractors. This role is central to delivering high-quality, large-scale projects with precision and consistency.

Candidates should bring 7–8 years of experience, including several years as a Site Manager and at least two projects managed from start to finish within the industrial or commercial sector. Strong leadership, assertive communication, and structured planning skills are vital, as is the willingness to travel nationwide.
