Tasks: Actively shape sophisticated software development projects - from the initial idea through implementation and successful go-live to further development Turn complex requirements into clear epics, user stories and technical specifications that inspire and advance your development team. Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to design solutions that have a sustainable impact and deliver tangible added value for users and stakeholders Take responsibility for targeted backlog management - you prioritize, structure and ensure that your team can deliver with focus at all times. Bring people together: You moderate refinements, plannings, reviews and workshops that release energy and strengthen the shared vision. Convince stakeholders with clarity and enthusiasm, connect departments and technology and lead decision-making sessions confidently. Create impetus at management level by creating roadmaps, status updates and decision templates that provide orientation and pave the way forward.

Must-have-Requirements

• Completed computer science degree and several years of experience as a product owner as well as PSPO certification Expertise in at least one of the retail, public sector, banking or insurance sectors technical background and practical experience in software development Strong stakeholder management skills and clear, authoritative communication A very good understanding of business and strong analytical thinking Very good knowledge of German and English
