Our software optimizes heating systems in the real estate sector, helping to combat climate change through digitalization and automation. We reduce emissions and energy consumption, actively advancing the energy transition.

As a (Senior) Product Manager, you are responsible for the optimisation engine — the core of our business. Our optimisation engine enables energy savings by interfacing with various systems in the field to reduce energy consumption across all buildings.

Aufgaben

As a PM for our optimisation engine, you will lead efforts to increase energy savings in buildings by automating energy processes and expanding interfaces to energy systems — supporting operational efficiency and delivering measurable impact.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Owning the product vision and roadmap for Green Fusion’s optimisation engine, aligning with our mission to enable intelligent, efficient energy management at scale.
  • Prioritising and delivering impactful product enhancements that increase process efficiency, reduce manual work, and unlock scalability across internal teams.
  • Translating actual pain points into scalable product solutions, working closely with stakeholders (Engineering and Operations) to ensure strong alignment between product functionality and operational needs.
  • Evaluating, selecting and implementing technologies that enhance process efficiency and automation, based on practical insights and operational demands.
  • Facilitating alignment between teams, keeping execution priorities clear to ensure timely delivery and results.
  • Establishing clear performance metrics and continuously monitoring process performance to drive data-informed improvement initiatives.
  • Regularly communicating progress, results, and key challenges to internal stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifikation

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • You have 5+ years of experience managing products in cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • You’re familiar with software development practices and have hands-on experience applying Agile methodologies like Scrum .
  • You’ve actively contributed to the design, execution, and continuous improvement of engineering processes.
  • You know how to define, track, and optimise KPIs to drive measurable improvements in outcomes.
  • You speak German at B2 level or higher – confident communication with our team and partners is essential.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • You bring domain expertise in energy systems, heating, or renewable technologies.
  • You have experience working with embedded systems or hardware-related technologies.
  • You're familiar with operational processes for energy systems and how they function in the field.
  • You’ve worked with transitioning products or processes from early-stage pilots to scaled operational deployments.
