What you'll do

• Drive end-to-end design processes: From framing complex challenges to shipping thoughtful, user-centered solutions that balance business and user needs.
• Lead design rituals and discovery practices, facilitating workshops and critiques that foster clarity, alignment, and high-quality outcomes across teams.
• Mentor and elevate others, actively sharing feedback, guiding junior designers, and contributing to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate strategically with product, engineering, and stakeholders to inform decisions, manage trade-offs, and ensure designs are technically feasible and scalable.
• Operate with high autonomy, navigating ambiguity with confidence, reframing challenges, and adapting quickly while keeping momentum.
• Advance the design system and craft excellence, identifying gaps, improving usability, and introducing scalable patterns that elevate quality.
• Connect design to measurable impact, using data and user insights to validate ideas, and aligning design direction with company goals.
• Shape our ways of working, proposing better tools, processes, or rituals that increase team effectiveness and design impact.

What you'll bring

• Relevant experience and track record in leading and executing well-crafted design solutions for digital products.
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams in iterative product development cycles.
• Strong understanding and showcase of product thinking, storytelling, and design craft.
• A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual and interaction design skills proving your understanding of color, spacing, typography, and overall product aesthetics.
• Ability to articulate your vision, strategy, and design decisions clearly and effectively.
• Purposeful in making design decisions by integrating user, business, and technical considerations. Able to identify when to optimize for speed and when to focus on quality and detail.
• Skilled at prioritizing and executing projects to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• High level of self-awareness, a growth mindset, and the ability to take personal accountability in their work.
• You will have a competitive edge if you bring experience in no-code or AI-driven products, as well as evidence of high-quality and polished visual design.
