Are you an experienced performance marketing professional (m/f/d) with a focus on paid social? Then you've come to the right place. With your deep understanding of funnel strategies, data analysis and creative excellence, you will develop and scale campaigns as a Senior Performance Marketing Manager - Paid Social (m/f/d) that expand our brand awareness and deliver profitable conversions.

Your tasks

• You plan, manage and scale paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok and YouTube – with full responsibility for budgets and results.
• You develop and implement full-funnel strategies – from awareness and consideration to conversion and retention.
• You derive clear recommendations for action from performance data such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV and incremental uplifts.
• You will build, test and optimise target group setups – including lookalikes, custom audiences and retargeting logic.
• You will work closely with data, product and creative teams to implement data-driven tests and cross-channel campaigns.
• You will be responsible for testing advertising materials – from visuals and copy to hooks and CTAs – and carry out systematic A/B experiments.
• You will identify and test new platforms and formats, e.g. Pinterest, LinkedIn, Spotify Ads or Programmatic Social.
• You will create meaningful reports and make recommendations on budget allocation and growth strategy.

Your profile

• You have at least 5 years of experience in performance marketing with a clear focus on paid social.
• You have a proven track record of success in scaling and optimising campaigns – whether through funnel uplifts, increased budget efficiency or improved KPIs.
• Your deep understanding of customer journeys, funnel logic and user psychology in e-commerce helps you to precisely reach and activate target groups.
• You are proficient in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and YouTube Ads – these tools are a must for you.
• You are experienced in using analytics and tracking tools such as GA4, UTM tracking and common ad managers.
• You combine your analytical thinking with a creative flair for compelling creatives and copy that perform.
• You also know how to use creative tools such as Canva and can implement ideas quickly and visually appealingly.
• You are business fluent in German and English.
• Advantageous: You already have experience with other platforms, e.g. Pinterest, LinkedIn, Spotify Ads, Programmatic, Display.
