Are you an experienced, strategic, and highly analytical performance marketer with deep platform expertise and a strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and creative‑driven growth? We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid growth engine across DACH & FR, with a strong focus on Meta Ads and additional channels (TikTok, Google, YouTube). You will help elevate our performance marketing function through best‑in‑class experimentation, signal quality, and cross‑functional collaboration, and progressively take on senior oversight of channel execution and performance learnings across the team.

For remote applicants we consider only CET ±2h within Europe. We do not offer relocation from within or outside the EU. Candidates ideally reside in Germany or Spain.
