We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Performance Marketing Lead to take ownership of the performance marketing strategy for Shark & Ninja in the DACH region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving traffic, revenue, and margin growth by developing and executing best-in-class marketing strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver exceptional omni-channel performance and ensure our brands continue to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive market.

What you will do
  • Brief and collaborate daily with channel specialists and cross-functional teams (Especially marketing – Media, IMC & Social) to drive omni-channel performance across all product categories
  • Work closely with the marketing measurement team and ensure we adopt a data-driven approach to measuring and optimising performance
  • Analyse and interpret performance data (Daily/weekly/monthly) and deliver actionable insight in a clear and concise manner. You will own the performance marketing story/context, ensuring senior stakeholders’ expectations are proactively managed
  • Partner with marketing teams and paid channel specialists to plan, implement and drive successful NPD launch strategies across all Digital channels
  • Act as a champion for digital marketing knowledge and ‘best practice’ across the Digital team and beyond – fostering and developing a better understanding of digital marketing and strong integration of digital activities into omni-channel marketing campaigns to support omni-channel brand, category, regional and international marketing objectives
  • Build and develop strong relationships with key external partners including our media agency, Google, Meta, and TikTok
  • Communicate and collaborate (building trust and influence) with key internal stakeholders including the wider marketing team, SS&A, creative, digital experience and more
What you will have
  • Solid experience in multi-channel digital marketing (ideally in an eCommerce business)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with a variety of styles and personalities
  • A great communicator with experience managing multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, strategic and mathematical skills, along with meticulous attention to detail
  • Highly commercial and results driven
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise, to ensure multiple deadlines are met at any given time
