Your Role
  • Ýou act as a trusted Finance Business Partner for the Site Head and the Operations team by providing financial expertise and by supporting the functional value creation

  • You oversee the financial planning and forecasting, the monitoring of budgets as well as the performance steering and the initiation of corrective actions

  • You provide a timely and meaningful reporting to all relevant stakeholders to enable fact-based decision-making and to drive a purposeful resource allocation

  • You identify, prioritize and support the implementation of measures to enhance productivity

  • You enhance data quality and drive standardization, harmonization and optimization of processes locally as well as globally across Sites as key enablers of efficiency and scalability

  • You collaborate with R&D Controllers, Product Management and Engineering on business cases and production costs of new products

  • You safeguard the company’s assets by ensuring financial compliance with internal and external requirements

Your Profile
  • Relevant academic degree (e.g. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field, Master's degree or additional certifications preferred)

  • Several years of experience in Finance & Controlling, ideally in a global corporate environment and with a focus on manufacturing-related topics (e.g. Standard Costing, CAPEX & Inventory Management)

  • Strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills to successfully navigate in a global, culturally diverse environment

  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills, a passion to conceptualise and to drive process improvements as well as the capacity to influence and engage at all levels within the organisation

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and SAP

  • Exellent German and English skills, oral and written
