Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Manages the regional estimating team with full responsibility for estimating production and delivery
• Create, obtain approval for and manage, estimating plans to successfully deliver estimating output
• Manage the comparison of supply chain quotations against first principle rate build-ups.
• Compile value engineering logs for client presentation
• Ensures internal and external stakeholders are aligned with estimating activities
• Coordinate with discipline engineering leads and members of the project management team

Show your expertise

• Prior estimating management experience.
• Prior management of estimates for fast track, design and construct projects.
• Proficient in managing estimates for large scale projects ($500m+) (desirable)
• Proficient in presenting and leading commercial reviews with senior management.
• Liaising with clients, understanding drivers and strategizing with internal stakeholders to meet client expectations.
• Estimating for open book and lump sum contracts
