About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager Digital Transformation & Product to shape and execute Sonova's global digital strategy. You’ll lead transformation initiatives across web CRM / ERP and digital platforms ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Lead cross-functional teams in delivering global digital programs.

Own product lifecycle from roadmap to delivery and scaling.

Translate strategy into delivery plans managing risks and stakeholders.

Champion customer-first design informed by data and insights.

Drive adoption of agile delivery digital operations and product management.

What We’re Looking For
