A technology company based in Berlin is seeking a (Senior) Legal Counsel to join their international legal team. The incumbent will advise on various legal matters including commercial and regulatory domains, while also reviewing and negotiating contracts. The ideal candidate must be fully qualified to practice law in Germany, have strong commercial law expertise, and be fluent in English for legal tasks. This on-site position requires attendance three times a week and offers a dynamic work environment.

Your Skills

• Fully qualified to practice law in Germany (Second State Exams with at least "befriedigend"), the US (bar admission), or England & Wales (Solicitor qualification)
• Strong expertise in commercial law, contract drafting, and negotiation
• Ability to assess legal risk and develop pragmatic, business-oriented solutions
• Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills across functions
• Full professional fluency in English, including legal drafting and negotiation
