In dieser Rolle sind Sie für die rechtliche Beratung bei M&A-Transaktionen verantwortlich und unterstützen bei der Ausführung von Projekten. Ideale Kandidaten haben mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich M&A und müssen sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch fließend beherrschen. Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufs­erfahrung in M&A, Venture Capital und Gesellschaftsrecht.
• Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Projektleitung und Verhandlung von Verträgen.
• Starke Kenntnisse von Transaktionsstrukturen und Due Diligence.

• Advisory: Legal advisory on M&A and Venture Capital transactions as well as Equity Joint Ventures of the E.ON Group
• Execution: Management and support of projects across all transaction phases, from preparation (due diligence, development of transaction structures, drafting of contractual documents) to closing and execution

• Professional qualifications: Fully qualified lawyer with at least one “vollbefriedigend” state examination (with distinction preferred)
• Professional experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience focused on M&A, Venture Capital, and corporate law in a law firm or corporate environment
• Leadership experience: Experience independently managing projects, leading contract negotiations, and coordinating external legal advisors
• Specific expertise: Strong understanding of commercial contexts; ability to work cross-functionally; expertise in transaction structures, due diligence, contract drafting, and transaction-related restructuring
• What sets you apart: Team-oriented, flexible, excellent communication skills, responsible and proactive; confident handling of various stakeholders
• Working method: Independent and structured working style; able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders efficiently
• Language skills: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
