Your seat to fill :

• Advice and support to the company in all legal matters, especially in the legal areas Procurement, Sales, Marketing in Germany and if necessary, in the EMEA region
• Management of the global brand portfolio
• Review, drafting and negotiation of contracts and other legal documents for Germany and if necessary for the EMEA region
• Creation and further development of legal templates, policies, contracts and overviews in German and English for the company / different departments
• Coordination of external lawyers, notaries and authorities
• Interface between the external data protection officer and the respective departments
• Supervision of the contract management and administration of the contract management tool

• You have successfully completed a law degree (First and Second State Examination)
• You have professional experience in a legal department of an international company or in an international law firm (minimum of 2.5 years)
• You have in-depth knowledge of commercial and corporate law and ideally of data protection law and trademark law
• You are fluent in English and German
