About your tasks :

• Strategic Vision & Vision Alignment : Manage change and stakeholders to ensure a sustainable and long lasting transformative effect
• Change & Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with IT finance and other relevant departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and ensure seamless integration of new processes and tools.
• Project Management & Execution : Manage and execute transformation projects aimed at improving IT controlling processes ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Performance Monitoring & Metrics Setup : Setup metrics to continuously monitor the progress and performance of the transformation efforts.
• Sustainability of Change & Continuous Improvement : Focus on continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the whole IT organisation.Ensure compliance with internal policies industry standards and regulatory requirements related to IT financial management.

Qualifications : About you :

• Prior experience in transformation and change projects ideally within a multinational matrix organisation.
• Background in operational excellence process optimisation and change management with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct detailed analyses and support decision‑making processes.
• Experience with stakeholder management at all levels including executive and senior management ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic objectives.
• Strong knowledge on process design and management methodologies (experience with BPMN or other process mapping methodologies is a plus).
• Experience with introducing and maintaining performance management in IT organisations is a plus.
• Certifications in Project Management (e.g. PMP) Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum Kanban) and / or Process Improvement (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.
