  • Work directly with our Director of Production Europe as well as the local management teams in all Autohero markets to create a European roadmap for scaling initiatives to build a strong team of 1000 team members in Europe
  • Manage cross-departmental initiatives with Production and People teams across markets focusing on: recruitment, onboarding, training and retention
  • Create and maintain EU-level reporting to measure changes in KPIs linked to recruitment, onboarding, training and retention; examples at employee level: skill matrix, training lead times, training progress
  • Coordinate a streamlined onboarding process and have it executed at production centers that allows double‑digit growth and ensures fast integration into teams
  • Together with our trainers formulate training needs and training programs
  • Collaborate with external partners to boost our success in training and recruitment
Qualifications
  • Proven professional experience in a similar role, especially in business development as project manager or as people analyst
  • Work experience in a start‑up, management consultancy, a dynamic fast‑growing company or from the automotive sector is a plus
  • Hands‑on mentality, sense of ownership, agility and strong solution orientation
  • Outstanding analytical thinking skills with the attention to detail
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, decisiveness and flexibility
  • Fluent communication skills in English is a must; fluent in German is a big plus
  • Valid driving licence cat. B
