• We work in three cross-functional product squads, each focused on one of our core internal products or solutions.
• Squad composition: 1 Product Manager, 1 Product Designer, 3–4 Fullstack Engineers, 1 Tech Lead.

Your responsibilities

• Build the European Champion for Compliance Automation: develop and maintain Kertos as the cutting-edge category leader
• Work across our full tech stack—from backend APIs to frontend interfaces—ensuring secure, scalable integrations
• Innovate: bring new ideas to automate workflows, improve recommendations, and delight users
• Own the process: drive work from concept to delivery and see results in real time
• Boost product quality: turn feedback and usage data into meaningful improvements
• Shape the developer experience: initiate projects to improve quality, delivery speed, and collaboration

Skills, Motivation, And Mentality

• Degree in Computer Science, Informatics or equivalent experience
• Proven track record as a Software Engineer with a focus on web applications
• Experience with software testing and quality assurance practices
• Technical knowledge in parts of our stack: TypeScript (React), Python (Django / FastAPI), databases & migrations, Docker
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and a passion for building impactful products
• Experience with AI engineering is a nice to have
