Responsibilities

• Designing, developing and maintaining modern, scalable frontend applications across our product suite
• Conceptualizing and implementing new features in collaboration with product, design, and backend teams
• Continuously improving the UX and UI quality of our applications—and help set standards to enable others to do the same
• Driving best practices in frontend architecture and development processes, ensuring future-proof and maintainable codebases
• Keeping our frontend code clean, modular, and testable, contributing to a sustainable engineering culture
• Staying up to date with emerging technologies, evaluating their relevance and introducing them where they bring value
• Mentoring junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow technically and professionally

What you will need to succeed in this role

• 3+ years of experience in frontend development, ideally in fast-moving product environments
• deep expertise in JavaScript (ES2015+) and are fluent in modern frameworks such as React (or equivalent)
• a strong eye for design and UX, and are skilled in creating clean, intuitive, and accessible interfaces
• a proven track record of shipping complex frontend applications in production
• willingness to set a high bar for code quality and architecture, and care about clean abstractions and scalable design systems
• passion about performance, accessibility, and maintainability in frontend engineering
• desire to thrive in a collaborative environment and are able to communicate clearly and empathetically across teams
