Here’s your chance to join! Effective immediately, we’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer, Streaming Platform (all genders) to become part of our STAGE+ team at our Headquarters in Berlin. It will be a permanent full‑time position reporting to our Director of Engineering Streaming Platform.

Your gig

• Build and ship features for our streaming platform — from idea to production
• Co‑maintain our web application from landing pages to streaming player and more
• Take part in architectural discussions and contribute to long‑term technical decisions
• Work in a self‑organized team that relies on clear communication and practical engineering
• Share your knowledge when it’s helpful
• Closely collaborate with our other teams working on other platforms (iOS/Android/SmartTV etc.)

We are keen to jam with you if you:

• Are experienced with modern web technologies (e.g., TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Web APIs)
• Have a good grasp of software engineering fundamentals and code quality practices (e.g., component‑driven approach, end‑to‑end testing, avoiding premature abstraction); ideally you also experienced with CI/CD, observability and cloud environments
• Possess the ability to analyze complex problems and make sound technical decisions
• Feel confident and natural reading, writing, and speaking English and can communicate efficiently in tech as well as business‑related contexts; German skills are a plus, but the willingness to learn the language is a must
