Your Mission

In your role as Senior Finance Manager, you will own the operational backbone of reev’s Finance function – ensuring execution, predictability, and financial discipline while enabling the company to scale sustainably.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will translate financial strategy into day-to-day execution and keep Finance running like clockwork.

We are looking for someone who is highly execution-driven, pragmatic and takes full ownership. You will have a meaningful impact on the company’s financial health and decision-making, working closely with the CFO.

Your responsibilities
  • You own day-to-day finance operations end-to-end and monthly accounting close, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and reliability, and predictable internal and external financial reporting.
  • You manage AR, collections, and dunning to maintain a healthy cash position.
  • You oversee AP, payment runs, and prepare accurate payroll inputs.
  • You track budget vs. plan, explain variances clearly, and derive actionable insights.
  • You run the FP&A cadence, translating financial strategy into operational execution.
  • You prepare financial updates, forecasts, and scenario analyses for the CFO, leadership team, investors, auditors, and other external stakeholders.
  • You proactively flag risks and issues early (e.g. cash runway, burn rate, execution slippage).
  • You own the year-end close and annual financial statements, including coordination and execution of the external audit.
  • You manage and coordinate external partners such as accountants, tax advisors, and auditors.
  • You work closely together with two team members, providing professional guidance and quality oversight (formal people management remains with the CFO).
  • You continuously drive efficiency improvements, optimize finance processes, and evolve tools, systems, and automation as the company scales.
What you bring along
  • 5–7+ years of experience in Finance, having owned Accounting and FP&A in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Close collaboration with a CFO and comfort operating in an execution-focused setup.
  • Hands‑on and confident working with Excel, Salesforce, and Stripe.
  • Strong knowledge of finance operations, reporting, forecasting, cash management, and audits.
  • You balance attention to detail with the ability to think ahead and build scalable finance foundations.
  • A consulting background is a strong plus.
Your language skills
  • English is our primary language for internal and external communication while German is a strong plus.
Your chance to stand out
  • Experience in fast-growing startups or scale-ups in the eMobility sector.
  • Building finance operations from scratch or through rapid growth phases.
  • Working closely with founders, CFOs, or investors.
