Your Mission

• You lead mentor and develop an engineering team (with the perspective of leading multiple teams)
• You launch continuous improvement initiatives as part of Engineering Leadership and develop strategic plans for quality standards and architecture projects
• Together with our CTO and Tech Leads you drive our technology roadmap and ensure scalability
• You pave the way for growth whether by building new teams or leading challenging projects with business impact
• You foster our excellent engineering culture (trust collaboration ownership) and represent the team externally

Requirements

Your Superpowers

• You have Several years of leadership experience with one or more engineering teams
• You are a strong leader with excellent communication skills
• You combine strategic thinking with sharp problem-solving and strong project management skills
• You ideally come from a SaaS / startup background and bring fullstack engineering expertise
• You have a hands-on mentality and willing to tackle technical challenges yourself when needed
