Your Role at Haleon

As a Senior Digital & Tech Partner (m / w / d) you will bridge the gap between our local commercial teams and the global tech organisation. You will drive digital and tech-enabled transformation with a strategic mindset, technical know‑how and strong commercial focus.

Your key responsibilities
  • Support the local implementation of global digital and tech strategies and initiatives
  • Partner closely with the Business to identify, prioritise and align business requirements
  • Own and manage local and BU‑specific digital initiatives end‑to‑end
  • Drive digital maturity through data and analytics initiatives and promote modern technology adoption across the market
  • Manage project portfolios with a focus on impact, interdependencies and timely delivery
  • Plan and align budgets and resources in coordination with global tech stakeholders
  • Ensure quality of service, efficient incident management and continuous improvement via tools like ServiceNow
  • Oversee risk and compliance management of tech‑related activities (in close collaboration with InfoSec, Legal and Compliance)
  • Lead and support change initiatives to enable digital evolution in the local market
What you bring to the role

You combine technical knowledge with a strong understanding of commercial business processes especially in a fast‑moving consumer health environment.

Commercial requirements
  • Experience working with commercial teams in FMCG, OTC, Pharma or Healthcare
  • In‑depth understanding of marketing and sales processes and their digital enablers (e.g. B2B Platforms, MarTech)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to translate business needs into tech opportunities
  • Proven track record in driving digital business transformation and change processes
  • Commercial mindset and ability to evaluate the business impact of digital initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills, team orientation, adaptability and a proactive hands‑on approach
Technical requirements
  • Sound understanding of data‑driven products, APIs, platforms and analytics technologies
  • Experience with agile methodologies (e.g. as Product Owner or Delivery Manager) and end‑to‑end project management
  • Familiarity with global digital standards, governance and tech portfolio frameworks
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical concepts and scalable solutions
  • Strong system and process affinity

University degree in Digital & Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field plus 5 years of relevant experience.

Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
