Responsibilities

• Design and implement modern, scalable ETL / ELT pipelines across a range of enterprise and operational systems.
• Ensure high data quality, consistency, and reliability using automated validation and monitoring mechanisms.
• Lead efforts to harmonize data structures, naming conventions, and definitions across platforms.
• Contribute to building a unified data architecture that enables comprehensive analytics and reporting.
• Develop monitoring dashboards and KPIs in collaboration with business and technical teams.
• Implement streaming and batch data flows to support real‑time decision support.
• Support analytical use cases by preparing structured, well‑documented data layers.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to data governance, documentation, and security best practices.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in data engineering, ideally in complex enterprise or industrial environments.
• Strong skills in Python, SQL, Spark, Airflow, dbt, or similar modern data engineering tools.
• Familiarity with real‑time data pipelines (e.g., Kafka, Flink, or similar) and AI initiatives.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and on‑premise architectures.
• Comfortable with BI / visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Grafana, Tableau).
• Deep understanding of AI theories, data modeling, transformation, and automation concepts.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in cross‑functional international teams.
