Our Finance Transformation team is a fundamental element to all revenue and costs optimization and automation topics : Designing long term systems in collaboration with our engineering teams, as well as being hands on providing stop-gap solutions. We build close partnerships with key stakeholders and work closely with senior leadership to drive forward a number of key business projects.

Make an Impact by

We are currently focused on optimizing the largest gross profit levers of the P&L; Revenue and COGS, where we believe a pragmatic billing & unit economic approach is required :

• Support development of a highly automated end‑to‑end process & engine connecting a wide network of IT applications to ensure successful invoicing and downstream reporting with a focus on scalability and automation. This incorporates Data Pipeline Development, Data Modeling and Architecture, Data Integration and API Development and Data Infrastructure Management

Your first focus

• 2nd level support for existing underlying reports for B2B invoices (supplementary billing reports)
• Potential corrections and implementation of required changes
• Communicate with our External Billing System Provider (data source for underlying reports for B2B invoices) team for required data changes, data improvements.
• Develop, improve and design other finance systems and processes e.g. to order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay cycles
• Play a significant role bridging Finance and Operations projects across the different business areas
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, SAP team etc. teams to create, share and evaluate project ideas while driving their implementation and scale working solutions.
• Conduct complex data analysis using a wide variety of data sources to improve financial performance, acting as an advisor to a broad range of business stakeholders.

Your Profile

Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Experience in a quantitative or technical role performing quantitative analysis, billing automation, invoice validation automation, pricing or invoice audit systems.

Proven experience in data engineering, software development, or related roles.

Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data engineering (e.g., Python, KNIME, or similar).

A database querying background (SQL, Google Big Query, Vertica, Snowflake). Strong knowledge of database systems, data modeling techniques, and SQL proficiency.

Proficiency with ETL tools commonly used in data engineering (e.g., DBT, SSIS, Databricks, Azure Data Factory).

Experience with big data technologies and frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.).

Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, etc.).

High attention to detail, proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Excellent quantitative, analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.

At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role

Optional

A strong understanding of unit economics, ideally with a background performing cost allocation, financial modelling and partnering with non-financial teams.
