As a Strategic PM at Roadsurfer, you'll join an experienced and highly ambitious and driven team, working on a range of projects and alongside all departments to drive growth, profitability and process efficiency across the business. In this role, you will need to balance creative problem solving and best business practice to ensure scalable business solutions and successful project completion.

The role - your passion

• You will work and drive a range strategic key projects across different departments targeted to drive growth, profitability and operational excellence.
• You will work closely with stakeholders on all levels of the company to prioritize strategically while ensuring a successful execution with operational teams.
• You will have direct contributions to our yearly business plan and corporate development by making recommendations, scoping projects and building business cases to accelerate our growth.
• You are in charge of improving cost structures, process efficiency, revenue increase and growth and expansion.
• You will be handling long term projects as well as ad hoc topics that might come up dynamically as you progress in a fast-growing scale-up.

What You Need To Surf The Wave With Us

• You bring with you 3+ years of experience with at least 2 of those in top tier management consulting.
• You successfully finished your Bachelors degree, preferably in business management, engineering, finance or a related field.
• You have outstanding communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with audiences from both technical and business backgrounds.
• You have strong analytical skills and the ability to put complex information and ideas into comprehensive slides and documentation.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong sense of urgency as well as an attitude to proactively come up with fresh and disruptive ideas.
• Excellent English & German (as a nice to have) skills both spoken as well as written.
