• The primary location of this position is Berlin.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

You will deploy debug and execute project activities related to cloud computing for e.g. CI / CD pipelines infrastructure validation application validations.

You will design develop and maintain cloud-based systems ensuring efficient data storage observability security policies compliance access mechanisms.

You will make recommendations for performance and cost optimization for activities related to cloud in the project.

You will modify improve and develop applications compatible with existing and / or new cloud infrastructure.

You ensure high availability disaster recovery and quality documentation.

You will also interact with stakeholders to understand their needs and make recommendations based on it.

You will educate and support other engineers on the implementation of new cloud technologies and initiatives.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

Completed degree in Computer Science Information Systems or equivalent qualification and proven working experience as Cloud Engineer Cloud Developer DevOps Engineer or similar.

Proven experience in planning implementing and managing Azure infrastructures.

Experience in stakeholder management and direct client contact.

Experience in providing technical leadership and advising clients on technical concepts.

Deep understanding of Azure services such as Virtual Machines Azure SQL Database Azure Kubernetes Service Azure Active Directory etc.

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform ARM templates) and CI / CD pipelines.

Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell Python or Bash.

Strong knowledge of cloud security concepts and best practices.

AWS Azure or GCP certifications are a plus.
