Your Responsibilities :

  • Serve as a peer-to-peer medical-scientific and clinical contact person for healthcare providers (HCP), Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), healthcare organizations (HCO), authorities, and medical institutions.
  • Provide expertise to internal teams throughout the product lifecycle, including development, risk management, usability, vigilance, and post-market surveillance.
  • Contribute to the development and updating of Clinical Evaluation Plans & Reports and PMCF activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards like Medical Device Regulation and MEDDEV.
  • Develop and implement evidence generation programs to support market access, reimbursement, and business development globally.
  • Establish and maintain a network of medical-scientific experts, organize and moderate medical-scientific events, and involve strategically in Medical Affairs projects.
  • Design and execute medical-scientific and clinical communication strategies aligned with marketing plans, including congress activities, symposia, workshops, and training sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify educational needs and develop corresponding concepts.
  • Train and educate internal staff and represent the company at scientific congresses and medical events.

Your Profile :

  • Physician with an academic degree.
  • Over 5 years of experience as an intensivist, anesthetist, cardiologist, cardiac surgeon, or related fields managing extracorporeal life support procedures.
  • Experience with clinical studies for regulatory and market access purposes.
  • Preferably experience in the medical device industry.
  • Proven record in medical writing and publications.
  • Efficient process management skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to establish credibility as a medical and clinical expert.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 30-50% of the time.
