Your Role

Group Commercial Controlling Team acts as a business and sparring partner for the commercial functions of the Döhler Group. We need your support in further expanding Business Unit- and R&D-Controlling and developing our group-wide performance steering.

Your Task

• You actively contribute to further develop our company-wide business partnering for the BU’s and R&D-functions.
• You identify and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with the team to enhance our integrated steering concept.
• You actively support optimization, digitization and integration of our reporting- and business-processes.
• You monitor and analyze strategic and operational goals of the commercial functions.
• You prepare, analyze, and evaluate reports and numbers.
• You develop actionable measures and proactively introduce them into the business.
• You create ad-hoc analyses for business partners and for our management.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed your studies in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Controlling, Finance, Business Informatics or similar.
• You have several years of experience in controlling, product costing, or pricing.
• You prove a strong analytical mindset and a solution-oriented, precise way of working.
• You are able to translate complex data into strategically relevant decision‑making tools.
• You are a team player and you have a high level of customer orientation.
• You have excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), SAP BW, and S4 Hana.
• You like working with new technologies and want to drive digitization within the company.
• You possess excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.
• Very good knowledge of both German and English completes your profile.
