IHR AUFGABEN

Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for diverse healthcare professional (HCP) groups, with clear objectives and actionable execution plans. Contribute to the creation of global marketing initiatives, ensuring that local market insights and needs are effectively represented.

Translate customer insights into concrete local customer plans and initiatives, aligning activities with healthcare needs and aiming to create measurable impact across the patient journey.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer-facing colleagues, to design and adapt campaigns for targeted segments and ensure effective deployment in the field.

Monitor performance, identify opportunities or deviations, and implement corrective actions to maximize the impact of marketing efforts through multi-channel and omnichannel approaches.

Partner with digital excellence and omnichannel teams to harness market opportunities and enhance customer engagement, with a strong focus on feedback-driven improvements.

Lead and support cross-functional teams, acting as an expert, mentor, and project driver on brand and portfolio-related matters.

IHR PROFIL

University degree in business, natural sciences, psychology, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.

Significant professional experience in marketing, sales, and/or business analysis within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Minimum 2+ years recent strategic & operational experience in cardiology or nephrology. Experience in product launches is a plus.

Strong strategic and analytical mindset with a structured, results-oriented working style.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration, leadership without direct authority, and customer-focused communication.

Demonstrated ability to work independently with high self-motivation, adaptability, and accountability, using agile ways of working.

Experience in designing and executing omnichannel campaigns, with the flexibility to reprioritize and problem-solve in fast-changing environments.

Strong presentation and negotiation abilities, with the capability to interpret complex data and scientific information and communicate it effectively to diverse audiences.

Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
