What you’ll do
  • Manage the tender funnel for Germany and Austria
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders (Sales, Delivery, Support) throughout the bid preparation process
  • Ensure full compliance with all tender requirements
  • Collect, organise, and maintain all relevant tender documentation
  • Monitor active tenders and contribute to reporting and performance tracking
  • Design, implement, and own the end‑to‑end bid management process
  • Align bid strategies closely with Sales and Key Account priorities
  • Observe market trends, competitor activities, and pricing developments
  • Provide data‑driven recommendations for go‑to‑market and product positioning strategies
  • Mentor and guide junior team members as the team scales
