• 5+ years of experience working with Java Spring projects - you would call yourself proficient

• experience with AWS and search systems based on ElasticSearch

• having worked with Kafka and MySQL would be a plus

• a keen interest in AI to take our search to the next level

• ability to dig into existing codebases

• communication skills that enable you to seek help and share knowledge inside and outside of the team

• bias towards collaborating with others over facing issues on your own
