What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Google Analytics & HubSpot setup: collaborate with the VP of Marketing to design and implement a comprehensive tracking setup for Google Analytics and HubSpot to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize campaigns
  • Performance marketing: manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn, driving lead generation and increasing brand visibility
  • End-to-end campaign management: plan, execute, and optimize cross-channel marketing campaigns, integrating paid, organic, and email marketing strategies to drive measurable results
  • Website management & optimization: oversee and optimize the website, ensuring a seamless user experience and conversion optimization across all touchpoints
  • Data-driven decisions: leverage data and insights to continuously refine marketing and GTM strategies - across DACH, France, and the UK
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in B2B marketing: at least 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with a focus on B2B SaaS
  • Strong analytical skills: a solid understanding of Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other analytics tools to measure performance and drive optimization
  • Strategic mindset with execution focus: capable of developing strategies & processes while being hands-on to implement and optimize them in real-time
  • Tech-savvy & adaptable: comfortable working with CMS platforms (preferably Contentful), with a quick learning curve to adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Team player: a collaborative spirit, eager to work closely with a cross-functional team
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in German or French is an asset.
  • This position is offered as a full-time role; however, we are open to discussing part-time arrangements for candidates whose skills and experience closely align with our requirements
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Technical proficiency: familiarity with website development, HTML/CSS basics and website optimization.
  • Knowledge of SEO & content marketing: an understanding of how to leverage SEO alongside performance marketing strategies to drive organic growth.
  • Experience in international startups: you’ve been part of a rapidly growing startup and understand the challenges of scaling marketing processes, also from zero to one.
