What the job involves

• Screen and identify potential target companies for investment opportunities
• Conduct investment assessments, including developing financial models for valuation and structuring
• Support due diligence processes with external advisors and synthesize insights for Investment Memorandums
• Partner with industry experts and management teams to drive value-enhancing initiatives

Who we are looking for

• Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent)
• 4-5 years of professional experience in private equity, investment banking, strategy consulting, or corporate development, with at least 2 years in PE
• Strong interest in active ownership, approaching investments as a business owner
• Excellent analytical skills and proven experience in financial modeling
• Comfortable working within the Mittelstand environment, understanding its dynamics
• Fluent in German and English; French is a plus
• Position based in Munich, with extensive onboarding in Luxembourg
