Your Responsibilities

Act as the key technical interface for OEM and Tier 1 customers in valve seat inserts, valve guides, and related engine components

Identify the right materials and engineering solutions based on tribological, thermal, and performance requirements

Drive application projects from inquiry to customer approval

Lead testing and validation activities, analyze results, and present clear technical recommendations

Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Testing

Monitor market and benchmarking trends to continuously improve our product portfolio

Your Profile

Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Manufacturing Engineering or similar

5+ years of experience in automotive application engineering, technical customer support, or engine-related project work

Strong knowledge of combustion engines, valve train systems, and tribology

Experience with automotive customer approval processes

Confident communicator in English, comfortable with presentations and customer meetings

Structured, proactive, independent – and willing to travel
