Are you an expert in Austrian SAP Payroll with a passion for consulting and cross-border collaboration? Join our Professional Services Consulting Team (DACH) and work with leading clients while collaborating with our delivery hub.

As a Senior SAP Payroll Consultant, you\u2019ll play a key role in delivering top-tier solutions, leading workshops, supporting implementations, and shaping the future of payroll services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver SAP Payroll projects for Austrian clients
• Facilitate design workshops and translate requirements into functional solutions
• Collaborate closely across teams (virtually, in English)
• Guide testing cycles and data migrations
• Engage in pre-sales / due diligence workshops
• Expand your skills in SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time, and Point-to-Point Integration

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Austrian SAP Payroll (ideally with hands-on configuration experience)
• Strong client focus and the ability to work independently
• Fluency in German and English
• Knowledge of payroll processes incl. post-payroll (e.g. B2A Manager, finance postings)
• Familiarity with SAP reporting tools and basic ABAP
• Experience in multinational, remote, fast-paced project environments

Bonus : Previous experience as a Payroll Manager, or background in Payroll Support & Maintenance is a plus.
