Overview

Now Hiring : SAP SuccessFactors / HCM Consultant (m / f / d)

We are supporting a leading German industrial group with over 6,000 employees in their digital HR transformation journey. The company is committed to innovation, sustainability, and modern technology, creating an environment where IT and HR work hand-in-hand to shape the future of work.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for consulting, customizing, and further developing SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, PT, PY)
• Drive and support SAP HCM projects across all phases, including documentation and training
• Develop and maintain SuccessFactors applications (LMS, Succession, Performance & Goals)
• Monitor and maintain interfaces between SAP HCM and other systems
• Handle application support tasks independently and proactively

What You Bring

• Experience with SAP HCM (ideally in Payroll, Time Management, or related areas)
• Solid understanding of HR processes and enthusiasm for digital HR solutions
• Initial experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a strong plus
• A structured, proactive way of working and strong communication skills
• Business-level German & English
