A dynamic telecom company in Rheinland-Pfalz is seeking a driven Sales Team Leader to manage sales agents and operations. The ideal candidate will have postgraduate studies in economics or business administration along with 3 to 5 years of commercial experience, preferably in telecoms. Responsibilities include coaching sales teams, managing operations, and driving commercial performance. Fluency in French and English is essential, and a strong focus on results is expected.
