Daikin Europe Business Support (DEBS), located in Warsaw, is a competency center focused on process transformation through optimization, standardization, and automation in supply, service, master data, controlling, financial reporting, and HR.

Your Responsibilities

As a Sales Planner, you will be responsible for several processes and collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders. Your duties include:

  • Preparing management and headquarters reports (estimated results, forecasts, preliminary results), monitoring deviations, supporting compliance reporting (JSOX), ensuring data quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Analyzing sales and gross margin data to support sales teams in identifying trends and developing strategies.
  • Contributing to the annual budget creation and sales actions, including pricing and discount structures, and collaborating on pricing updates with Product Managers.
  • Acting as a key user of SAP, Webshop, and CRM systems, providing departmental support, handling inquiries, and supporting process standardization.
  • Collaborating with Sales Managers to plan, launch, and monitor sales campaigns, providing analytical support.
  • Tracking KPIs (new customers, visits, discounts, profitability, quotations, pick-up rate) and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Gathering market and competitor data to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements

Experience, Education, and Skills:

  • Master's degree in Economics, Business, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in controlling or analytical roles (preferably Big 4), with exposure to Top Management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to handle ad hoc requests and strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel with complex formulas.
  • Knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles is advantageous.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Willingness to travel approximately once a month.
