Job summary

Maxmove is seeking independent sales partners to drive business on a commission basis. Sell Maxmove Transport and TMS solutions, targeting trades, retailers and logistics providers.

You’ll operate as a registered business, working from home or your city across Germany, with no fixed salary and earnings determined by commissions. As part of the role you’ll handle outreach by phone and in person, onboard customers, and manage attribution and payment terms per the partner agreement.

You work independently and earn commission on customers you bring to Maxmove. There is no fixed salary. We discuss the terms in the introductory call.

Transport for businesses

Trades businesses, wholesalers, furniture stores and online retailers book courier runs, vans and pallet transport with Maxmove. They see the price upfront and track the run live.

Maxmove TMS for transport companies

Freight forwarders, courier services and fleets use it to dispatch orders and drivers, track routes and send invoices. Getting started is free.

How does compensation work?

You work on commission. We discuss the compensation terms in the introductory call and agree them in your partner agreement before you start.

What counts as revenue?

For transports, what Maxmove earns on an order, meaning commission and service fee, not the full fare. For the TMS, all fees the customer pays us. We always use net amounts.

Is there a fixed salary?

No. You work as an independent sales partner and are paid on commission only. In return, you decide when, where and how much you work.

Do I need a registered business?

Yes. You register a business (Gewerbe) with your city's trade office. This can usually be done online and costs about €10 to €60, depending on the city. With low revenue you can use the small business rule (Kleinunternehmerregelung). Students can register a business too.

How much time do I need to put in?

That's up to you. Some partners sell a few hours a week on the side, others do it full time.

Do I have to be on site?

No. You can sell by phone and email. With trades businesses and retailers, a visit in person often helps to close the deal.

Where can I sell?

You can sell Maxmove TMS anywhere in Germany. We offer transports through the platform in NRW first. We discuss which cities you can sell transports in during the intro call.

How are customers assigned to me?

You register every customer with us before they order or sign up. From then on they are assigned to you. If two partners register the same customer, the first registration counts.

When do I get paid?

We settle every month with a self-billed invoice and pay out the commission once the customer has paid their invoice.

Do I get support?

Yes. You get onboarding, sales material, a demo account and a dedicated contact at Maxmove.
