Job summary

Maxmove is hiring field sales representatives in Nordrhein-Westfalen to sell transport and logistics services to businesses across Dortmund, Essen, Bochum, Duisburg, and Gelsenkirchen. You will work independently and earn commissions on the customers you bring to Maxmove.

There is no fixed salary; terms are discussed in an introductory call, with the partner agreement detailing compensation and customer attribution.

Qualifications

• Fluent German on the phone and in person.
• A registered business (Gewerbe) for contracting.
• Have a smartphone and a laptop for work.
• Enjoy cold outreach by phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Sell Maxmove services to businesses in NRW (Dortmund, Essen, Bochum, Duisburg, Gelsenkirchen).
• Work independently on commission with no fixed salary.
• Discuss terms in the introductory call with Maxmove.
• Own customer attribution as defined in the partner agreement.

In the Ruhr area, Dortmund, Essen, Bochum, Duisburg and Gelsenkirchen sit close together. You can reach many customers in one day, and because Maxmove offers transports in NRW, you can sell everything here.

The Port of Duisburg is one of the largest inland ports in the world, and Dortmund has many large logistics centres. On top of that there are thousands of trades businesses and wholesalers.

How you earn. On commission.

You work independently and earn commission on customers you bring to Maxmove. There is no fixed salary. We discuss the terms in the introductory call.

Your partner agreement sets out compensation, payment conditions and customer attribution.

• Transport for businesses
• Trades businesses, wholesalers, furniture stores and online retailers book courier runs, vans and pallet transport with Maxmove. They see the price upfront and track the run live.
• Maxmove TMS for transport companies
• Freight forwarders, courier services and fleets use it to dispatch orders and drivers, track routes and send invoices. Getting started is free.
